The Role: We require a draftsperson to use joinery design software to produce relevant drawings and production-ready files for our joinery projects. The position is based out of our Leongatha Office and Factory VIC 3953 only - no remote work available. Our diverse clientele provide a variety of projects including architectural domestic joinery, retail spaces, custom furniture - no two projects are the same. This role will allow for personal growth and experience within the industry. Full-time position. Skills & Experience: Applicants MUST have experience in a joinery draftsperson role within the cabinetry and joinery industry, with sound material and componentry knowledge. Experience using Cabmaster or similar joinery design software is essential. Individually, applicants must also possess excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Remuneration: Negotiated on skills and experience. $35-45 p/hr + Super, Overtime. INSTALLATION TEAM LEADER

The Role: We are on the search for a skilled leader to oversee our installation operations, principally the delivery and on-site fitting processes of joinery projects. They must be an expert tradesperson who possesses sound leadership skills, is a clear communicator and focused on time management, organisation and safety. This person will guide and mentor installation team members to produce an excellent standard of work, helping to build their skillset and achieve developmental goals. Travel is in company vehicles anywhere in and between South Gippsland and metro Melbourne. Overnight stays including meals and accommodation are part of the role. Full-time position. Skills & Experience: must have previous cabinet making experience in a similar role, be fit and able, have a vaild white card and drivers licence. MR licence adventageous.
